Position: After School Hours Assistance

Duties:

Support students in various activities
Assist the educators to deliver high quality education play based learning
Help the educator to maintain a positive environment
Manage behaviours appropriately by following the educators lead
Supervise students in the playground (when asked)
Collaborate positively with program coordinator

Enrolment in an Education Certificate or Degree Program: Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in Education or a related field.

Passion for Education:
A genuine passion for teaching and working with children, with a desire to positively impact their lives.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and fellow educators effectively.

Creativity and Adaptability:

Demonstrated creativity and the ability to adapt lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students.

Reliability:
Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling the duties of an After School Hours Educator.

Clearance Checks:
Satisfactory completion of background checks and relevant clearances as required by local regulations.
