For our client, a Chinese Car maker launching a new brand in the Australian market we are looking for a Service Manager**
Job Description:**Responsible for managing the service department and leading the establishment of overseas after-sales system, including but not limited to service process, customer complaint process, departmental system, spare parts supply system, PDC center, CRM system, etc.

Logistics and warehouse management:

develop and implement plans to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and accessories to the dealer's network while optimizing costs, service, and inventory.


Customer satisfaction management:

handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally and gain customer loyalty.

Set up and manage dealer KPIs in terms of service, including but not limited to spare parts purchase / CSI / SSI / etc ;

Using advanced data analysis tools to monitor dealers' service efficiency and analyze the service performance of competitors to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Promote the implementation of CSI satisfaction survey in Australia, find the weak points of satisfaction through difference analysis, guide dealers to formulate rectification measures and track their implementation;
Work with other related departments to solve technical issues and provide national service guidance.


Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above

Major in vehicle engineering and automobile service is preferred

More than 8 years of overseas automotive aftersales related work
