About The Role
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the broader team
- Lead online webinars, consultations, and oneonone demos to educate customers on the features of our product
- Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans
- Spearhead internal crossfunctional improvement projects
- Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap
- Partner with Sales and Professional Services teams on upsell, crosssell, and expansion opportunities
_About You_
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and adapt
- Prior experience in strategy consulting advantage
- Strong customerfacing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic
