About The Role

  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the broader team
  • Lead online webinars, consultations, and oneonone demos to educate customers on the features of our product
  • Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans
  • Spearhead internal crossfunctional improvement projects
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence the product development roadmap
  • Partner with Sales and Professional Services teams on upsell, crosssell, and expansion opportunities

_About You_

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management or consulting experience working with accounts of various sizes
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting advantage
  • Strong customerfacing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic
