As a
Parts Interpreter, you will be assisting the Inventory Team to achieve best practice development in forecasting, procurement, inventory control and supplier & customer relationship management.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Administrator for AIMS, ensuring customer data is maintained in line with the Brand Partners database.
- Represent Autonexus and liaise with our Brand Partners and freight providers in relation to AIMS and openly report and discuss current trends, identify problem areas that require action and update all departments on AIMS and freight performance.
- To go above and beyond to source solutions to customer enquiries or complaint cases as escalated by team members.
- Being the primary point of contact for Parts customers for parts enquiries, customer complaints and any other miscellaneous enquiries.
About You
To be successful you must possess the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role and an understanding of parts interpretation
- Experience in the automotive industry
- A qualification in Parts Interpretation will be highly regarded
- Experience working with brands including Subaru, Peugeot, Citroen and Proton will be highly regarded
- People management experience.
- Desirable not essential
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confident in the use of computer programs including MS Office
