Baseline Onsite has been providing Security, Medical, Rescue and Safety services to the mining, marine and energy industries since 2010.

Our offices are operated by industry professionals who understand the challenges of remote area work and the important role that our personnel play in maintaining a safe and productive work site.

We are seeking a proactive and innovative

Administrative Officer to assist in a fast paced environment within a growing team. This role will be working closely with our Operations Team.

About the Role

Provide administration support to the operations team
Attending to incoming calls, and contractor enquires
Assist with accounts and timesheet queries
Managing all scanning and filing requirements
Communicating with the site based team including regular check ins
Assist with onboarding stages prior to and during site attendance
Manage credit card reconciliations for company management

About You

Demonstrated experience within a similar administrator role
A strong attention to detail and success in a high volume environment
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to tasks
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent interpersonal skills
A friendly and approachable team mentality
