Your role will will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the design, implement as well as their clients, and members.


Your focus will look like:


  • Focus on cyber security and collaborate with cyber partners to manage risk.
- supporting the business through technology processes and manage relationships with third-party partners, consultants, and service providers.

  • Coordinate and supervise technologyrelated activities for all projects in accordance with frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance to technical resources to all stakeholders to ensure the organisation's technology solutions are secure, reliable, and meet the desired outcome.

Responsibilities will include:


  • Participate in the Architecture Community of Practice and contribute cyber and infrastructure expertise to solution design.
  • Work with the team members and thirdparty service providers to ensure appropriate system administration and management of incidents and changes.
  • Coordinate with First Line support to ensure knowledge transfer, leadership, and development opportunities are provided.
  • Ensure IT systems meet business needs by partnering with fellow BT&I team members.
  • Align system capabilities with business requirements by engaging with the business.
  • Engage with Project Teams to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Inspire the team to perform positively through leading by example and providing regular feedback and recognition of good performance.

Who are we looking for:


  • Understanding of health insurance industry is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of IT server infrastructure, including VMWare, HP SAN, replication, and backups.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server Technology, such as Azure/AD, SQL, ADFS, RDS, SOE, Exchange, and SharePoint.
  • Advanced understanding of networking technologies, including Firewall, Routing, Security (Cisco, VPN, HP, VLAN's, Wi-Fi).
  • Clear understanding of IP Voice & Phone Systems.
  • Previous vendor management
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
