Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process of our bakery and confectionery products.

Working closely with the production team, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production activities to meet quality standards, productivity targets, and delivery schedules.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of production workers to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies, ensuring smooth operations and mínimal downtime.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Train and mentor production staff on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance to ensure seamless workflow and timely resolution of any issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports, including inventory levels, production output, and quality control data.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including food safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the manufacturing operation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a production supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate team members.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and consistency.

Salary:
$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
