Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • 130 properties in the portfolio Northern Gold Coast/Southern Brisbane
(SUPPORT WITH LEASING, ENTRIES, AND EXITS)

  • Property inspections
  • Arranging maintenance
  • Managing rent arrears
  • Lease Renewals

Skills and Experience Required:


  • A current certificate of registration
  • Property management experience
  • Current drivers license
  • Punctuality & honesty
  • Fresh approach to property & your own style of management
  • Property ME experience preferred but not essential
