    Our client is a mid-sized accounting firm with over 60 professional staff offering a wide variety of services including

    superannuation.

    Due to continued growth, they are now in need of a Senior Accountant to manage a portfolio of clients and help with the supervision of junior staff.

    About The Company

    Our client is a mid-sized accounting firm with over 60 professional staff offering a wide variety of services including business consulting, taxation, financial planning and superannuation.

    Due to continued growth, they are now in need of a Senior Accountant to manage a portfolio of clients and help with the supervision of junior staff.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large multi-entity groups
    • Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals
    • Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning and business structuring
    • Meet with clients and manage client queries
    • Support the Partners and assist with the strategic direction of the firm
    • Assist with supervising a team of junior and intermediate accountants

    About you:

    • 5+ years of experience as a tax and business services accountant
    • Experience providing business advisory services to clients
    • CA or CPA qualified (or near qualified) is an advantage but not a requirement
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

    Salary is flexible depending on experience and qualifications - $80,000 to $100,000 + Super.
