About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Asset Manager to join our Asset Strategy team.


Reporting to the Asset Manager, the Assistant Asset Manager provides asset and property management services as well as administrative assistance for the asset strategy portfolio.

Working as part of the Asset Strategy team you allow you to:

  • assist with the strategic evaluation of properties being considered for acquisition opportunities.
- opportunity to prepare and assist with the presentation of detailed analysis and recommendations for senior management and Investment Committee Review.


Desired Skills and Experience:


About You

  • Previous experience in commercial property management, 23 years essential
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Experience with electronic filing systems and / or financial software ideal, but not essential
  • Prior experience with and exposure to commercial property leases and licences
  • Experience working in an environment requiring liaison with, and coordination of, multiple stakeholders.
  • Some exposure to the preparation and analysis of financial feasibility studies, budgeting and cost monitoring using Estate Master software or similar.
