The Role:

***We are looking for a motivated and professional Senior Property Manager who loves to work hard to achieve goals to take this next step. Monday

Friday, with work from home days on offer this is your chance to run a strong Property management division with a local based portfolio.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Effectively liaise with landlords
Tribunals and NCAT
Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
Working towards targets and KPI's
You will have 12 years' experience in Property Management
A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
