Your new role


Reporting to the Workshop Administration Manager, this position involves the scheduling of work in conjunction with the business units for service and repairs to maintain our compliance.

This role also involves understanding of all lease arrangements with our equipment's suppliers to assist when booking equipment in for service and repairs.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To provide a friendly and harmonious contact with all customers and suppliers.
  • Liaise with internal & external suppliers / customers, ensure that communication skills are highly developed
  • To arrange for servicing and repair of vehicles and equipment either internal or external as required. (Booking Process)
  • Raise work orders, process quotes and purchase orders as required.
  • Understand service agreements for Leased equipment
  • Contact suppliers and obtain order numbers and service documents for work completed.
  • Close out all completed work in the CMMS
  • Answer customer and supplier enquires concerning vehicles back in service
  • Effectively maintain the service schedule compliance for all East coast Business units where applicable.
  • Control all deferred service and repairs, liaising with customers to ensure equipment is rebooked at a time suitable to suppliers.
  • Initiate any strategies that would assist in customer equipment downtime
  • Daily face to face meetings with internal customers / schedulers

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Working knowledge of business operations some finance and accounting skills
  • Business/report writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.


  • Computer literacy

  • Fleet Computer System.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems and Procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
