We are on the hunt for a Branch Service Coordinator to join our client's growing team
Our client is a global leader in precision measurement and weighing equipment for industrial and scientific purposes. Located in Darra QLD, they work in servicing the food, pharmaceutical, and analytical services industries.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of field service technicians, ensuring that service level agreements are adhered to, and that customer service expectations are being met

What will you be doing?

Plan, analyse and change schedules in accordance with customer demands and priority levels
Organise the daytoday activities of Field Service Technicians to ensure service levels are met
Collaborate with designers on procurement, that will ensure required material is delivered onsite in compliance with service level agreements
Adhere to dispatch processes and other procedures and policies
Management of internal and external customers to provide outstanding customer service
Monitor all forms of documentation from Field Service Technicians

What do you need?

Experience in a planning or scheduling position in a service, logistics or manufacturing environment
Previous experience using simPRO Service Management System
Bachelor of Business or a technical qualification ideal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Australian permanent residency or Australian citizenship
