Campaign Data Analyst to join one of our most engaged and respected cross functional Tribes.

You get to work closely alongside a Chapter lead and varied team of Customer Interactions team members working below the line campaigns.

This specialist crew are a great mix of new, fresh thinking campaign data analysts, alongside seasoned ING'ers.


In collaboration with key, cross-functional stakeholders like product owners and other marketing, direct teams and technology bod's, you'll design, build, implement and manage data for personalised customer campaigns across multi-channels.


The team has four primary focus areas:
Customer onboarding, product feature adoption and usage, Building trust, rewarding and recognizing customers, Product deepening & retention and Compliance


This is the perfect role for you if you have been working with inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, have solid technical skills, are highly analytical and enjoy working in a fast paced agile operating environment.


What are you going to do? You will be

  • Consult with key stakeholders on the best way to design and deliver campaign activity
  • Challenging the way we use or source data to ensure campaigns are designed to leverage suite of data assets (i.e. customer segmentation, propensity models)
  • Building and implementing robust campaigns to agreed deadlines
  • Carefully testing your own and peer's work with strict adherence to agreed campaign quality processes
  • Embedding robust test and learn methodologies into campaigns by leveraging datadriven insights and past learnings

What are we looking for? Someone who has

  • Strong SQL or database skills and good understanding of relational database structures. Unica Campaign Suite (not essential but desirable) or a similar campaign program would be highly advantageous
  • Experience in customer campaign execution, including campaign planning and sizing (35 years as a guide ideally), list extraction, and campaign attribution reporting methodologies
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to influence a range of stakeholders, across product, business operations and tech to optimise outcomes. ING is a cross functional, Agile operating environment
  • Efficient project planning skills and execution for deliverables
