  • Positon Purpose
Responsible to the Director of Teaching and Learning with day‐to‐day supervision by Heads of Faculty, the
Education Support Officer - Technical and Maintenance contributes to the College's aims and philosophy of
supporting and assisting teaching staff in the delivery of curriculum, underpinned by clear expectations
about high quality learning outcomes and standards.

The Education Support Officer provides daily technical support to the College's Design and Technology and
Creative Arts faculties and assists with the operation and maintenance of specialised faculty resources.

All Education Support Officers nurture self‐esteem, encourage self‐reflection and develop compassion,
respect, and tolerance in students so that they may build their lives in a school environment that values
education within a sustaining and life-giving Christian community.

The Education Support Officer is responsible for meeting the following responsibilities as required. Each

The Education Support Officer supports the delivery of educational programs under the direction of teaching
staff, liaising with relevant staff regarding timetables and working with children in the programs, either in
their mainstream classes, learning enhancement or extension groups or during specialist lessons,
