_About the role _

  • A fantastic opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team leader with previous experience in this role preferred to work in a handson capacity within a small team. The successful applicant will be someone who has a great attitude, open and willing to learn and be a great support to others within the team.

Responsibilities are listed below:

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the Warehouse Manager
  • Assist in organising and fulfilling picking slips
  • Forklift operation put aways and stock receiving
  • Supervise and lead a small team of warehouse staff
  • Manage any issues as they arise
  • Liaise with, coordinate, and manage freight deliveries and returns
  • Open or close the warehouse as required

About you

  • At least 23 years' experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible to start and finish between 7:30am4:00pm on a 38 hour week
  • Be able to operate a High Reach Forklift Licence
  • Have SAP experience or willing to learn the programme
  • Have a strong and confident demeanour
  • Willing to grow and take ownership
  • Have an understanding and patient personality
  • Thorough and meticulous
