We are seeking a highly motivated
Human Resources Administrator to join our HR Team Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources team by assisting with various tasks and administration duties regarding human resources activities, policies, processes and procedures.
Our Human Resources department is responsible for helping to shape and deliver the people agenda, making LEAP a great place to work.

Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Onboarding
- Effectively onboard new joiners through BambooHR and IT systems in a timely manner, escalating any roadblocks or concerns
- Coordinate the probation process, ensuring Onboarding Plans are completed in a timely manner, any performance issues are escalated and final approval for passing probation is sent to the Managers
- Administer onboarding surveys
- Report and analyse onboarding key trends each quarter
Offboarding
- Effectively offboard employees through BambooHR and IT systems
- Send termination notifications to payroll in a timely manner
- Report and analyse offboarding key trends each quarter
Reporting
- Maintain the HR People Report, updating details regarding new joiners, internal transfers, employment basis changes, departures, PIPs, leave balances, additional payments etc.
Recruitment
- Assist our Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment
General / projects
- Be a contact for staff on peoplerelated queries
- Maintain HR merchandise inventory
- Assist with HR cyclical activities (i.e. People Pulse, performance and salary reviews etc.)
- Manage HR collateral inventories
- Assist with external Award certifications and recognition (e.g., GPTW) drafting responses and managing the process
- Assist with salary benchmarking and reporting trends annually
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE REALLY GOOD AT

- Planning and organising establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- Managing work effectively managing one's time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- Communication clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
- Building strategic working relationships developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Employment Relations or Human Resources
- Experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment where there's not always one solution / one answer
- Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines to achieve business outcomes
- Ability to work in an environment that requires sensitivity and confidentiality
- Competent in MS Office
- Experience in a HR Administrator /Coordinator/Assistant role
