HOBAN in partnership with one of Australia's leading distributers of construction equipment are currently seeking High Reach and Counter Balance Forklift Operators to join their team in Truganina on a permanent full-time basis, M-F, 8:30-16:00.


Your new role:


  • Reporting to Warehouse Supervisor
  • Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
  • Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
  • Inspect forklift to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
  • Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe (OH&S) and orderly environment of the facilities

About You:


  • Warehousing and distribution knowledge
  • Highly motivated, committed and have a "can do" attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Own reliable transport to get to site
  • Valid LF Licence in VIC
  • Experience with either High Reach forklift
  • Experience with Counter Balance forklift
  • Full working rights in Australia
