Our client is a major leader in the poultry industry based in

Hemmant, we are currently looking for

a qualified maintenance fitter for the Feedmill.

This is position has rotating shifts, 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am, day shift and night shift.
**Must be flexible with overtime and shift changes

Excellent pay rates available starting from $ / day shift

  • General maintenance fitter
  • Knowledge in workshops e.g. Conveyors, breakdowns, Making Parts, General maintenance
  • Electrical fitter
  • Breakdowns working with gearboxes and electrical motors
  • Welding and fabricating
  • General knowledge of Manufacturing
  • Mechanically minded
  • Use of hand tools
  • Must have own transport
  • Must have own PPE
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional adherence to site safety and safe work procedures

To be considered for this role you must

  • Qualified fitter
  • Must have own transport
  • Not have any birds, pigs, or chickens at your place of residence
  • Must be double vaccinated
  • Physically fit and reliable
  • Abitily to work under pressure
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Positive attitude
