If you are on the journey looking for your dream role in real estate, we have the job for you Place Estate Agent's #1 Sales office in Bulimba is looking for its next Sales Associate to join their fun dynamic team.

This role provides the opportunity to work 1:1 with a top agent who has a strong focus on nurturing, mentoring and leading their sales associate.

On top of this, you will have access to endless leadership, training opportunities and resources through Place and One Group.

Although a heavy focus for this role is on prospecting, you will gain further exposure to all facets of the industry, as you will be supporting your lead agent across the entirety of the sales transaction from day one.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections
Managing buyer enquiries and appointments
Database management
Prospecting via door knocking, letter box dropping, warm/cold calls
Coordinating client meetings and bookings
Additional responsibilities as required by your Leader

Requirements:

12 months industry experience is not essential but advantageous
Real Estate Sales Certificate or in the process of obtaining one

- openness to being coached, trustworthy and have the determination to succeed

A team player and willing to go the extra mile
Provide exceptional customer service
Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence and Real Estate Sales Registration
Prior experience working in a sales environment will be beneficial
