We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Operations Manager to join the team at one of Australia's largest and most prestigious Automotive groups.

As a Digital Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the development and execution of our digital strategy, overseeing the digital operations of our business and driving growth and efficiency across all digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure that digital initiatives are integrated and aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyse digital metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and lead the digital operations team, including developers, designers, and other specialists, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that the business is leveraging the latest digital tools and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field desired.
Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience within an automotive, omni channel or complex retail environment.
Understanding/experience of CDP's, data warehousing data strategies
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Passion for luxury and prestige automotive industry.
