As the Training Manager you will identify the best learning levers to pull (face to face, digital, simulations, assessment, procedures etc) that will enable adoption of the new solution so as not to impact the BAU core services.


Key account abilities:


  • Lead and deliver the program's learning end to end approach that includes identifying the most relevant and effective type of learning (blended, 70/20/10, role based, modularised) and corresponding materials materials to enable new users to execute on their daily responsibilities.
  • Lead the build, review, sign off, approval, deployment, tracking and measurement of training solution adoption including assessing end user understanding, ease and adoption in using the solution of the solution
  • Collaborating with the program change team, functional, technical and stakeholder teams to identify and service the learning requirements for all (direct and indirectly impacted) users.
  • Coordinate and delivery fit for purpose digital and face to face training sessions not just on the solution, but on the individual's role in delivering to the responsibilities using the solution (including if any changes to procedures, policies, regulatory, legislative, legal or HR requirements)
  • Working collaboratively with the program SMEs, business and change analysts to select, analyse, review and approve and deliver suitable training material via varied training channels (face to face, selfpaced ,classroom, team based learning)
  • Set up a training and SME coaching/mentoring and support model post go live.
  • Responsible for documenting all the training related comms and working program communications manager to deliver via relevant channels and liaising with the program comms manager to ensure the comms is aligned to the program messages.
  • Manage the endtoend training delivery schedule (pre and post deployment) including recording workshops as required and creating a BAU/SharePoint learning library to hand over to BAU team to maintain ongoing.

Key skills needed/demonstrated include:


  • Strong commercial experience in planning, designing, building and delivering end to end training solutions for new systems, business processes across multiple business teams and locations using a modularised learning approach that includes blended learning solutions and 70/20/10 learning model.
  • Creative, open, practical, flexible, 'test & learn' mindset that can identify suitable solutions within tight timeframes and budgets.
  • Experience setting up training environments, coordinating access, identifying relevant scenarios and assessment questions by role to ensure training is not only understood but applied to daily tasks to maintain and improve BAU SLAs.
  • Experience setting up and managing training developer teams including working with SMEs, change and business analysts to ensure materials are relevant, practical and easily maintainable and updated for future learning opportunities.
  • Experience managing training budget, training resources capabilities as required
  • Experience creating online training solutions preferable
  • Experienced designing and delivering train the trainer programs.
