Description

Diplomatik is seeking skilled mechanical fitters to join one of our leading manufacturing clients in their Kwinana facility. Due to recent growth, they are seeking a motivated mechanical fitter.

The role will primarily be the day shift, with the option to move onto a rotating weekly roster of days and nights once familiar with the role.

Standard hours are Monday - Friday on days and on nights, with overtime available.

Duties:

Preventative, breakdown and scheduled mechanical plant maintenance.
Disassembling, installation and upgrades of plant and equipment
Effectively diagnose and faultfind
Lead continuous improvement solutions to reduce downtime.
Maintain records and plan maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
Minimum 3+ year's mechanical fitting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Solid diagnostic and faultfinding skills
