About the Assignment


To manage scheduling, execution and reporting of frontline maintenance work, develop and deliver Weekly frontline schedules on Ningaloo Vision FPSO to ensure achievement of the Company's strategy and shareholder value.

This will be delivered in line with company values and the Santos Management System.


Tasks include:


  • Manage the scheduling of frontline maintenance activities to maximize the efficiency of resources whilst achieving reliability, production and operating targets
  • Development and promulgation of weekly frontline schedules, with minimum 4 week lookahead, incorporating personnel, vendor and material availability
  • Frontline activity input to 120d and 28d IAP
  • Coordinate RBWS process for notification review and approval
  • Monitor and Report Scheduling and Execution performance and propose/implement improvements for schedule optimization
  • Monitor and assist the asset to coordinate schedule breakin activities and manage schedule noncompliances
  • Drive change into CMMS Master Data as required
  • Assist Assets to ensure all scheduled statutory PM's are managed
  • Maintain a close working relationship with internal stakeholder teams maintenance planning, production planning, production engineering, reliability and integrity engineering personnel to achieve production and maintenance goals

This assignment is initially offered for 12 months, engaged via Chandler Macleod.

Location for this assignment is Perth working full-time office hours

About You

  • Relevant work/industry experience in operations/project technical area. Formal qualification (Cert 2/4) in project management advantageous
  • 5+ years in Oil and gas experience and 5+ years in operations or project scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS, integrated planning & scheduling systems. Preferably SAP, Prometheus/Vizya
  • Strong, detailed knowledge of maintenance, production operations
  • Sound understanding of asset management practices
