Our client is a specialised commercial / industrial property group with outstanding reach across South Sydney and into the thriving Western Suburbs.

Duties
Working in a team of 20+ staff, this role will take on a well managed portfolio of 150 large tenants (99% industrial)

Tasks will include:

Correspondence with all stakeholders
Coordinate the significant property maintenance & repairs
Complete inspections as needed
Interpret and understand Commercial Leases to action Landlord and Tenant enquiries
Undertake research on current market rates for rent reviews and renewals
Manage tenant vacates and the makegood process
Ensure Statutory Compliances and Insurances are in place

Specific requirements

Proven experience in a similar role
A strong work ethic and a desire to pursue a career in Commercial / Asset Management
A current Real Estate License or Certificate
Drivers license and car
