Ultimate Security Australia is a fast-growing security company providing end-to-end security service solutions to a large customer base (residential, commercial, government and Industrial) nationwide. Our services include integrated electronic security solutions, back-to-base alarm monitoring (Grade A1), Mobile Patrols and Static Guards.
Due to the company's continued growth, we seek to appoint a highly motivated Business Development Executive for our electronic security division.
Industry experience in a sales or customer-focused role is desirable and the person we are looking for must have the ability to identify and exploit business opportunities, a "can do" attitude, and excellent oral and written skills.
Ideally, you will have a good understanding of Security, Access Control and CCTV systems and the ability to match integrated system solutions to customers' needs.
This dynamic role will see you interface with commercial customers, large and small, handling inbound enquiries and seeking new opportunities.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working as part of our Sales Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Targeting and developing new business opportunities.
- Networking and consulting within the existing customer base to develop new opportunities.
- Inbound sales enquiry response.
- Working with management to achieve sales targets.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, including sales staff, architects, and draftsmen.
- Selling a full range of security products and services
- CCTV Systems, Intruder Alarm and Access Control, and Back to Base Monitoring.
- Preparing sales estimates and quotations.
- Liaising with clients, supervisors, accounts, and admin.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitor activities to the management team.
- Travel to client sites and industry events when required.
As a minimum, you should bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic team player.
- Resultsdriven individual who is customer focused.
- Electronic Security Industry experience with a working knowledge of CCTV, Intruder Alarms and Access Control Systems.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Hold a current NSW driver's licence.
Hold a current NSW class 2AB Security Licence is a must

Whilst a sales or account management background would be an advantage, this role will also suit someone with internal sales, estimating or technical service experience, wanting to take that step up into Business Development.

Salary: $80, $90,000.00 per year
