ABOUT THE ROLE

Lake Imaging have a new opportunity for a experienced
Site Supervisor, you will report to the
Regional Manager - Geelong to manage the day to day operational services within the site including maintaining a high quality, efficient imaging service for our patients and referrers; providing leadership and direction to staff under supervision; to managing rosters and leave for technical staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Maintain a highquality, efficient imaging service at SJG Hospital Geelong
Foster a collaboratively with Radiologists, Modality Supervisors, and staff
Manage daily operational tasks related to imaging services
Serve as a liaison between SJOG Hospital and Lake Imaging
Assist management in the ongoing growth and development of the organization
Jointly responsible for daily staffing rosters

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

A minimum of 10 years clinical experience in a Radiology practice
Demonstrated team leadership skills
Excellent diagnostic imaging skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
A willingness and commitment to managing a professional imaging team
Eagerness to participate in further education and professional development programs
Understanding and compliance with our mission statement
