Duties and Responsibilities:


  • General clerical duties
  • Answering phones
  • Provide admin support to senior managers
  • Some claims duties
  • Data Entry
  • Prior medical or device admin skills desired

Required Skills:


  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong stakeholder management skill
  • Effective relationship management
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet and or exceed KPI's
  • Efficient time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Positive and personable
  • Intermediate computer skills; particularly Excel
