Fresh+ currently operate a large number of hospital cafés across NSW, QLD, and SA, providing food, beverages, and convenience retail to hospital staff and the general public.

Available Positions:

At our Doctors Orders site we have the following positions available:

Team Leader (Casual)

  • As a team leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Alongside the Store Manager, you will assist in leading a team of talented baristas and café staff, ensuring that they are trained to deliver exceptional service and maintaining a positive workplace culture._
- _Must be available for both weekend days._


Cafe All Rounder (Casual)

  • As a cafe all rounder, you'll need to be able to work in a fastpaced environment and be comfortable multitasking to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner whilst handling all transactions with our POS system. You must also be able to maintain a clean workspace in accordance with hygiene standards, whilst assisting in the preparation of basic food and beverages._

Barista (Casual)

  • As a Barista at WHSmith, you are a coffee connoisseur who will specialise in preparing coffees and other beverages, alongside exceptional customer service.
You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner. You will also be comfortable with preparing up to 200 coffees a day._
- _1 year barista experience is a must_

  • Must have flexibility to work
    early mornings (from 4am) & availability on weekends:
  • 1 year experience working in a café or fast food environment
  • Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work great in a team environment
