Job description:
The occupant will undertake research, analysis and make recommendations relating to the management of passenger transport services, including desktop auditing relating to licensing and accreditation, and other administrative tasks and functions in accordance with relevant legislation.

Duties:

Provide advice and information on the legislative requirements and Accreditation Standards relating to the _Passenger Transport Services Act 2011_, and other passenger transport laws including the _Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Act 2008_.
Undertake desktop audits, research and analysis of passenger transport issues to assess and consider conformance to the _Passenger Transport Services Act 2011_ and the Passenger Transport Service Accreditation Standards and other laws relating to public passenger transport.
Make appropriate administrative and operational decisions, provide authoritative advice, recommendations and solutions based on consideration of the facts, administrative processes and guidelines and the legislative framework with a client focus.
Prepare routine correspondence, investigation reports and other documents as required.
