The role

This is a career enhancing role with our high-performing Inside Sales team and a fabulous learning opportunity on all our products.


Reporting to our Inside Sales Manager and sitting as part of the broader team, this "Business Development Coordinator" role will interact daily with all our BDMs and Digital Marketing team.

Primarily you will focus on and be responsible for a high level of outbound activities to generate potential interest, in order to handover to the BDMs to close the sale.

This will suit a driven person who is able to cut through the grind of activity without distractions and pursue the results and rewards.


Your responsibilities will include

  • Able to meet weekly sales activity targets.
  • Drive progress of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Assist BDMs with preparation for sales meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to BDMs including reporting activity, managing diaries, market research and intelligence and accurate maintaining the Salesforce CRM with accurate data.
  • Collaboratively work with other members in the Sales team across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Act as key point of contact in the absence of a BDM to ensure the needs of our clients are met.

What you will bring to the team

  • Minimum of 13 years' experience in a corporate sales role with exposure to a high level of outbound activities.
  • Experience in a sales environment, preferably from a HR, recruitment, professional services or SaaS & software environment.
  • Experience managing a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Professional, clear and concise communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Forwardthinking and proactive approach and mindset.
  • Relationship building skills and a genuine desire to engage with people will be key to your success in this role.
  • Effective time management including the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects.
