About the Role

A fantastic opportunity is now available within the Information Systems team at Santos for an Information System Projects Lead who will be accountable for the endtoend lifecycle of Projects from feasibility and business case development including solution evaluation and design, through to Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Project Closure.

Reporting to the Senior Architecture & Major Projects Delivery Manager the IS Projects Lead will also be responsible for aspects of IS Strategy Development, IS Project Portfolio Management, IS Standards, Governance & Process improvement.

Key responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to):

Taking responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of Projects from feasibility and business case development including solution evaluation and high-level solution design, through to Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Project Closure
IS Strategy Development
IS Project Portfolio Management
Involvement in IS Standards, Governance & Process Management and improvement

About You

To be successful in the role you will be an experienced allrounder and bring your experience in the areas of Business Analysis / Business Case Development, solution architecture/design, IS Strategy development and IS Project Management. Coupled with an ability to embrace change, you will recognise and implement continuous service and support improvement opportunities. Your strategic view, collaborative nature, and ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders will aid in your success in this role.

Degree qualified or holding equivalent tertiary qualifications in a related IS/IT area with demonstrated experience in Project Management would be advantageous.
