The Opportunity _**At Infin8 care, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide an environment which encourages and enables our 1500+ residents to remain independent and participate in activities that support their needs and promote a quality of life.


The Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager reports to the CFO, and works closely with our Finance, IT, HR, Procurement and Clinical Governance teams, to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational reporting and analytics.

Key responsibilities include.

  • Perform, oversee, and guide a range of financial management activities including financial modelling, analysis, reporting and performance monitoring.
  • Establishing the processes for maintaining Power BI reports and upskilling the stakeholders to optimise their use.
  • Design, implement, review, and conduct improvements of the Financial System (Tech One)
  • Lead a team that partners with all business areas to capture reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
  • Develop adhoc reports as required using a suite of Excel, XLOne, and Power BI reporting tools.
  • Provide leadership to staff by fostering qualities including accountability, compassion, diversity, empowerment, excellence, and integrity.

_ About You_
We hire on attitude and aptitude, so you
DO NOT need experience in the aged care sector. however, experience in a service industry such as
health care, hospitality, or
similar would be an advantage.

In addition to this you should be able to demonstrate:


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Significant experience with Technology One or similar Financial / ERP system such as JD Edwards, Oracle, or SAP
  • Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel
  • Understanding of reporting and business intelligence best practices
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of data governance best practice.
Demonstrated experience in data warehouse implementation and organisation wide Power BI Dashboard reporting roll-out.

Whilst not essential, a professional qualification (bachelor's degree in finance / accounting computer science or equivalent along with an exposure to big data / Cloud (Azure) environments would be highly desirable.
