As the
Service Support Administrator, you will be responsible for the review, creation, and maintenance of Getinge Service Contracts; the review and processing of service invoicing and financial disputes; and the creation and maintenance of Service reporting across Australia and New Zealand.
Adelaide or
Brisbane office.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Creation of Service contract quotes and proposals as per GForce procedure
- Creation and Maintenance of service contracts within SAP
- Review of Service Contract financial breakdown prior to upload
- Creation and maintenance of Service Maintenance Plans
- Confirm GForce opportunity close off once contracts have been set up within SAP
- Review and process the invoicing of Service Contracts
- Provide reporting on Service Contracts and Invoicing through Excel and Power BI
- Review and process invoicing of Service Work Orders
- Attend to all invoicing disputes and accounts receivable queries
- Process credit note as a result of financial disputes
- Process work items within SAP Inbox
- Requisition of Purchase Orders relating to Service Invoices and Contracts
- Upload invoices, service reports and submit claims to customer portals
- Provide service coordination support as required

Essential skills and experience required:
- Knowledge of the sales and invoicing of Contracts,
- Welldeveloped Analytical skills
- Commercial awareness and sound financial and business acumen
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively, with multiple tasks at any given time.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills with internal and external customers
- Experience with using SAP (desirable, not essential)
