As the
Service Support Administrator, you will be responsible for the review, creation, and maintenance of Getinge Service Contracts; the review and processing of service invoicing and financial disputes; and the creation and maintenance of Service reporting across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Contracts and Invoicing Team Leader, this role can be based in our
Adelaide or
Brisbane office.


Key duties and responsibilities:


  • Creation of Service contract quotes and proposals as per GForce procedure
  • Creation and Maintenance of service contracts within SAP
  • Review of Service Contract financial breakdown prior to upload
  • Creation and maintenance of Service Maintenance Plans
  • Confirm GForce opportunity close off once contracts have been set up within SAP
  • Review and process the invoicing of Service Contracts
  • Provide reporting on Service Contracts and Invoicing through Excel and Power BI
  • Review and process invoicing of Service Work Orders
  • Attend to all invoicing disputes and accounts receivable queries
  • Process credit note as a result of financial disputes
  • Process work items within SAP Inbox
  • Requisition of Purchase Orders relating to Service Invoices and Contracts
  • Upload invoices, service reports and submit claims to customer portals
  • Provide service coordination support as required

Essential skills and experience required:


  • Knowledge of the sales and invoicing of Contracts,
  • Welldeveloped Analytical skills
  • Commercial awareness and sound financial and business acumen
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively, with multiple tasks at any given time.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills with internal and external customers
  • Experience with using SAP (desirable, not essential)
