What's the role?
We are looking for a confident and professional administration receptionist to be the face of an award-winning building company. With an immediate start date, there is no better time than now to dive into your new career
Role outline:
- Managing reception and administration
- Assisting with clients and meetings
- Organising events, itineraries, and social gatherings
- Ordering general office inventory.
- Dealing with a wide range of contacts at all levels, both within and outside the organisation
- Account reconciliation.
- Previous reception and
data entry experience
Professional and
respectful manner
- Committed to learning and has the ability to work
autonomously: - Excellent organisation and
time management: - Extremely good verbal and written
communication skills: - Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
