- Leading approx. 15 staff over 2 shifts, covering fabrication / assembly & logistics.
- Requires good leadership skills and understands the concept of productive hours.
- Good communication
Would like some ideal hard skills:
- Forklift Operating
- Knowledge of welding
- Physical labour
- Hours 5.30am start with some variation to overlap with the afternoon shift
- Salary between $45$50 p/h plus super
