This role is responsible for managing the design and production of A&K collateral across multiple channels including advertising, digital, brochures and branding.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Be the guardian of the Corporate Identity Manual ensuring all collateral and other branded customer touchpoints and experiences are in line with the guidelines
Liaise with global offices in creative asset sharing Collateral & Campaign Production
Manage the advertising production schedule and ensure all material deadlines are met
Drive the design of campaign elements to completion according to the project brief
Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
Manage the brochure, newspaper and magazine production process including design, content management, prepress, and liaising with content suppliers and the printer to ensure material is in market according to the timelines
Produce and design tactical collateral such as event invitations, magazine inserts, sales flyers, mailing flysheets and direct mail pieces Project Management including Product Provision
Collaborate with the Product team to create an achievable gotomarket timeline for publication of product in print collateral and on the website.
Manage Marketing and Product team stakeholders to ensure collateral is delivered into market according to agreed timelines
Liaise with Marketing and Product stakeholders to identify potential issues that may impact timelines and provide solutions
Work with our external web design agency in the ongoing development of our website
Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce supporting content for our social media channels
Project manage the conception, production and final creation of video content for various corporate purposes such as the A&K website, advertising campaigns, social media platforms, client events and sales tools

Experience Required

Minimum five years' experience in a wide range of graphic design with a demonstrated understanding of typography and layout for marketing collateral, advertising and editorial production across print and digital publications
Strong project management skills in a similar role, able to manage multiple projects and tasks from inception to final delivery
Understanding and experience of print procurement and management prepress, proofing, printing, folding and binding methods
Experience in brochure and direct mail production
Graphic design for web delivery good understanding of designing and producing webready graphics for display on a variety of devices
Experience in providing social media imagery and an understanding of social media channels
Experience in the travel industry will be highly valued
