About the role


This is an outstanding opportunity for a marketer with around 2 years of experience to join the marketing team and play a key role in the delivery of marketing communications activities that will drive not only enrollments, but also attract educators.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for the following;
Working with the Marketing Manager to create a calendar of marketing activities, including 'always on' activities and marketing campaigns to drive occupancy;
Management and monitoring of the Sparrow brand and marketing portal, ensuring all collateral is available and up to date;
Support the centres with the coordination of local advertising, including social media, digital and above the line activities to drive their presence in the community;
Coordination of group wide eDM campaigns, both internal and external;
Manage and upload relevant content to the website, social media platforms and other Sparrow owned assets;
Coordinating branding updates across the group, maintaining brand consistency;
Monitoring and reporting of social media platforms to ensure consistency and suggesting and implementing continuous improvement; and

Reporting on results of all marketing communications activity on a regular basis and making improvements to ensure positive ROI.

To be considered for this opportunity, your skills and experience must meet the following requirements;
Willingness and ability to be based in the Murarrie head office at least 4 days per week, with one from home;
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a relevant field, such as business, communications etc;
Around - 2 years' experience in corporate marketing;
Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, social media platform management, campaign coordination and digital marketing;
Strong project management skills, organisational skills and the ability to confidently build relationships directly with the centres and the operations teams;
Ability to plan and monitor marketing activities, campaigns and calendars;
A proactive, driven and collaborative style, with a genuine connection to the mission and values of the organisation; and

Ability and willingness to travel to centres from time to time.
