Where you'll be working

Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region.

What you'll be doing
Blacktown Medical Oncology Research is responsible for clinical drug trials and investigator-initiated cancer research studies. It is an expanding unit.

This position is to support the Clinical Trials team. Having efficient and effective support enables the clinical trials team to perform optimally.

Selection Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in a health or science discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to be able to engage a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to a fast pace environment and be flexible with work hours.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of audit and quality assurance activities and / or monitoring in the context of clinical trials.
  • Welldeveloped organisation skills to ensure to ensure smooth patient workflows.
