Guest Specialist with sales experience to work at the world-class
Jaguar Land Rover dealership.
Our Luxury dealership based in
South Brisbane is looking for a client service expert able to deliver a premium customer experience.
Guest Specialist role requires a combination of sales, customer service and general reception experience.
About the position:
- Handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers
- Ensuring a followup system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
- Act as the customer liaison by providing all dealership guests with an exceptional customer experience, from showroom arrival though until they leave
- General reception and admin duties
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the reception and customer lounge areas
- Marketing duties
What we are looking for:
- An ability to delight our customers with your superior and professional service standards

- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent work ethic with great reliability
- Ability to work within a team whilst showing independence
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
