We are a Migration and Consultancy Agency, based in Brisbane that has considerable experience, expertise, and a willingness to meet all visa and migration needs.


Whether it's assistance from student education consultants or Migration Consultants, we provide our clients with specialized advice to help them confidently start their Migration process.


THE OPPORTUNITY
Liaising with clients to obtain completed questionnaires and/or correct supporting documentation.

Application drafting and administrative support to designated RMA


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to the RMA Code of Conduct regarding nonprovision of policy advice to a client
  • Review client questionnaire and if complete, import data to Migration Manager (MM)
  • Review questionnaire and if incomplete, return to client to rectify missing information
  • Review supporting documentation and if incorrect and/or missing, advise the client to resubmit
  • Naming and/or renaming of documents as per applicable company guidelines
  • As directed by RMA, action request for further information (RFI) as per the prescribed timeframe
  • As directed by RMA and consultation with the client, prepare supporting forms i.e. 956, 80, etc.
  • Maintain highquality client file notes in Migration Manager and/or CRM
  • Undertake legislative and/or other research needed for submissions

Draft submissions including but not limited to:

  • GTE statements
  • EOI nomination
- health waiver

  • Schedule
  • AAT review

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in the industry
  • Ability to use initiative and think outside the box.
  • A second language is highly advantageous
  • Experience in using Migration Manager software (preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Welldeveloped legal research/analytical and statutory interpretation skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
