My client, a industry leading supplier and manufacturer of reinforcement steel, is on the hunt for a tenacious, professional and highly experienced Sales Executive


Responsibilities:


  • Build pipeline and maintain longterm relationships with prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
  • Develop annual sales strategy and goals
  • Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
  • Collaborate with sales leaders
  • Prepare pricing strategies and quotations for project tendering
  • Prepare high quality project tendering documents
  • Provide exceptional construction solutions to clients' requirements

Qualifications:


  • 5 + year experience in selling reinforcement steel or concrete
  • Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
  • Demonstrated experience with developing business development and sales strategies
  • Major Projects/Project Manager background to understand from a Contractors perspective the site problems with reinforcing steel in concrete and buildability of concrete structures.
  • Proven experience in sales and commercial management skills in understanding customers' needs and putting together a business case for consideration in consultation with the GM's.
  • A good understanding of the use of appropriate systems, software, tools and technologies to design, detail and model steel reinforcing solutions for complex proposals.
