    Description

    The Client & Role:

    We're currently working with a Victorian utilities organisation who are looking to bring on a Program Administrator for a contract term until end of December. As the Program Administrator you will play a pivotal role within the Asset Knowledge and Operational Technologies divisions with a focus on driving strategic project development initiatives that align with the division's objectives. You will be responsible for business consultation, analysis, and program administration to support the development and execution of high-impact projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth business consultation and analysis to identify strategic priorities, define business needs, and develop problem statements in the context of operational technology and information systems.
    • Prepare high-level costs and benefits assessments to inform project prioritization and decision-making.
    • Support the department's program management and reporting, including inputs for pricing submissions.
    • Assist in initiating projects and drafting comprehensive business cases to secure support and resources for strategic initiatives.

    Required Skills & Specialisms:

    • Proven experience in business analysis within the operational technology domain, with a focus on automation control systems, SCADA, and other operational information systems.
    • Demonstrated expertise in business case development, including financial analysis and strategic alignment.
    • Strong program administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
    • Excellent consultation and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic project priorities.
    • Qualifications: While tertiary qualifications are preferred, relevant industry experience and a track record of successful project development will also be considered.
