About the Role


Epson Australia currently has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, technically astute, customer focused individual to join our Technical Support Team in our Yennora office and champion the technical escalation support provided to our Visual Product customers and dealer network community.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Promptly and efficiently manage problem escalations through to completion, clearly identifying and resolving root cause
  • Work collaboratively with sales and presales support teams, providing technical support as needed
  • Build, support and maintain effective relationships with customers and dealer networks
  • Ensure all technical information across the product range is maintained, with latest information readily available and accessible across all access points and repositories (software, firmware etc.)

About You

  • A background in Audio Visual (AV) projectors, LCD panels, digital signage etc. with experience in installation advantageous
  • Understanding of various control systems advantageous ie: Crestron, Extron
  • Advanced understanding of wireless and networking protocols
  • A background in technical support and experience in documenting and interpreting technical documentation, simplifying the complex
  • Great communication, troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with a customer first mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team orientated, collaborative environment
  • Ability to maintain technical competence through the variety of learning and development activities available as technology progresses
