    WHAT YOU'LL DOWork within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts Support design and integration of AUV subsystems and components, including managing interfaces Develop, build and operate physical integration environments to support system maturity efforts Write, review, and execute test plans for development, integration, factory and sea testing Support day-to-day test operations for AUV platforms, including conducting pre-mission testing, launch and recovery, vehicle tasking, and data analysis Take on responsibilities of the hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field Capacity learn and grow individually, while mentoring junior team members effectively, building team cohesion and capacity Author detailed daily operational test reports to document the step-by-step execution of internal and customer facing efforts to test and evaluate AUV platforms and new capabilities Support local AUV operations including supporting multiple nearshore sea test days per week REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS8+ years experience in systems engineering, and integration and testing Familiarity with concepts of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and control theory Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and ability to use basic test equipment Experience with Linux and command line interfaces as well as software debugging Extremely organized and detail-oriented A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture Experience with subsea operational procedures and equipment (including AUV launch and recovery systems) is advantageous, as is vehicle level testing (any domain)Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance Anduril is an equal-opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
