Reporting Relationship:
- Shared Services Manager
- Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivables and accounts payable tasks.
- Issuing invoices to customers and processing vendor invoices.
- Allocating bank receipts from customers.
- Preparing weekly aged receivables report.
- Following up with customers for overdue balances.
- Liaising with Operations team and responding to clients and vendor queries.
- Adhere to all office policies and procedures.
Skills & Experiences:
- Enrolled in CPA or CA program.
- At least 3 years' experience in finance and accounting processes for receivable and payables.
- Must have very strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience with an ERP system Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Experience in billing customers based on timesheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Selfmotivated, results driven and likes solving problems.
- Eager to improve and learn new finance and accounting tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
