Reporting Relationship:


  • Shared Services Manager
  • Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Accounts receivables and accounts payable tasks.
  • Issuing invoices to customers and processing vendor invoices.
  • Allocating bank receipts from customers.
  • Preparing weekly aged receivables report.
  • Following up with customers for overdue balances.
  • Liaising with Operations team and responding to clients and vendor queries.
  • Adhere to all office policies and procedures.

Skills & Experiences:


  • Enrolled in CPA or CA program.
  • At least 3 years' experience in finance and accounting processes for receivable and payables.
  • Must have very strong MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with an ERP system Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Experience in billing customers based on timesheets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated, results driven and likes solving problems.
  • Eager to improve and learn new finance and accounting tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
