Well recognised ASX listed organisation, looking for an ambitious and high energy analyst who has come from a product based industry and who is ready to use their management accounting, costing and commercial acumen and add value in a business partnering role.

You can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.


Your Opportunity


Working with the Operations Finance team, and liaising with stakeholders across the business,
no two days will be the same in this exciting and busy role.

You will be integral in the operational and financial success of the organisation.


Your Business as usual role will be around costing, management reporting, commentary and analysis - covering month and year end reporting, budgeting and forecasting and data review and analysis.


You will business partner and provide advice across the group around actuals v forecasts and provide meaningful commentary, allowing the numbers to come alive.


There will a focus on the reporting and analysis of costs associated with logistics, distribution and shipping, and projects around capital expenditure, return on investment, business case analysis and costing scenarios.


Your team works on various projects and BAU, and together you provide ongoing business partnering, case scenario and technical and commercial support to the manufacturing, operations, finance and supply chain teams.


Your Profile


CA/CPA/CIMA (or near) qualified with proven ability to succeed as a CA in a chartered firm plus with relevant commercial experience
OR a CPA in a commercial, product based organisation.


You must be able to demonstrate your career success to date and have a willingness to learn and grow in a fast moving environment.

Ideally you will have SAP (or a similar ERP system), Power BI and you must have strong Excel skills.

You must bring
costing, management reporting and commercial analysis and the right attitude for business partnering.


The team is engaged and respected across the business and they welcome like minded, hands on, hard workers with an attention to detail.

Accuracy and an ability to self manage and add value is critical.
