With a passionate, energetic and down to earth approach, we are currently looking for a Buyers Associate/Client Manager to work in a structure that ensure success, progression & results

The Role:

Manage clients expectations
Take down briefs from clients for an ideal purchase
Executing the brief
Develop strong relationships with Local Real Estate Agents
Viewing properties if need be
Working alongside a 'Property Searcher' who initially searches & inspects properties
Database management
Negotiate sale with the help of a Senior Buyers Agent if need be
NO Administration
Previous experience in Real Estate sales
We want someone hungry
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work proactively and independently
