Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

Quick books and MYOB experience
A multitasker
Assisting with; Processing ATO / monthly BAS
Bank reconciliations
Accounts payables
Accounts receivable
Prepare & process weekly payment runs.
Process weekly payroll
Weekly cash flows
End of month procedures & financial reporting
Any other bookkeeping functions or activities required.
Team player.

Experience

Exceptional skills MYOB.
Experience in Quick Books.
Cert IV in Bookkeeping
Payroll experience
Advanced Excel skills
Proven ability to set up business systems and processes to ensure organisational efficiency.
Excellent numerical skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to keep within timeframes/deadlines.
