About the Role
This is a permanent role for a Communications Officer to join their growing Marketing and Communications function.

You will be responsible for helping to develop and execute their communications strategy and proactively build the brand and reputation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute communications strategy and help to build brand and reputation through media and communications skills
  • Develop engaging content from across the business to seek out innovative stories and ideas aligned to strategic objectives
  • Support the growth and enhancement of the brand in the transport industry
  • Manage all media relations through enquiries and drive proactive media coverage aligned with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business
  • Build effective and measurable communications plans for corporate and key projects
  • Source, write, schedule and deliver engaging storytelling and content across a range of communications platforms

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with managing media relations through media releases, media enquiries, content, and approvals
  • Ability to provide strategic communications advice to support business objectives
  • Experience in working within brand guidelines and driving brand consistency across all guidelines
  • Effectively managing deadlines to own and work multiple projects through to completion
  • Positive attitude to work constructively with internal and external stakeholders
